The Firestone air spring kits have been discontinued for your vehicle, however the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57205 is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Chevy Express 3500 Van. This kit will help you to level your van and give you that additional shock absorption. These air springs are adjustable from 5 psi to 100 psi to give you the support you desire based on your load. This kit comes with manual inflation valves.
If you want to have the adjustability at the push of a button, I recommend the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Hand-Held Remote - Single Path # AL25980 or the Firestone Air Command I - Analog Gauge w/ Standard-Duty Compressor # F2158. This will give you the gauge as well as a toggle switch to allow you to increase air pressure or decrease it while monitoring it's adjustment. This is a great combination for your application.
