Since you already have a 4-Way installed at the rear of your 2007 Ford F-150, you will just need the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7. This kit includes everything you need to install a fully functional 7-Way from your existing 4-Way. I have attached an article that details the installation steps for this kit that you might find helpful.
If you do not have one already, you will also need a brake controller to control the brakes on your RV. I highly recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller # 90885. This is a great, proportional controller that will activate the brakes on the RV at the same time and with the same intensity that you apply to them in your F-150. You will just need the Plug-In Adapter # 3035-P to install the unit. One end of the adapter will plug into the controller itself and the other end will connect to the built-in harness beneath the dash in your truck.
I have attached the installation details for these products that you can also check out.
