For your 2014 Jeep Wrangler, you'll want to take a measurement prior to buying a rack of the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the furthest part of your spare tire. This will give you the minimum distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the nearest part of the rack so that you aren't loading a bike against or into the spare tire.
According to research, the 2014 Jeep Wrangler has a spare sized 9 inches or 10 inches, so you'll need around that much clearance. Obviously this could be more if you don't have the factory spare.
Your best chance of using your rear hatch will be with a swing away rack. These will let you either ignore the spare tire, or swing out of the way of the rear hatch and let you access the hatch fully.
I recommend the 4-Bike SportRack Ridge Swing, part # SR2415. This rack has 9-1/2 inches of clearance from the vehicle and though it doesn't include integrated bike or hitch locks, you can add them with part # A32022 to improve the security of your rack.
I've included video reviews of both of the SportRack on a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited so you can see its features.
