We have not yet had the change to test the SportRack Ridge Swing # SR2415 on a 2006 Ford E-150 Van however, I am happy to help you figure out if you have rear door clearance. The SportRack Ridge Swing 4 Bike Rack # SR2415 has 36" between the hitch pin hole and the upright arm when fully extended away from the vehicle. If you open the doors and they measure less than 36" away from the door frame then the door will not touch the upright mast of the bike rack. If your doors swing open farther than 36" your door may rest on the upright mast of the bike rack but it shouldn't affect your access to the cargo area.

The bike rack swing away arm measures about 4 1/2" tall so if you measure from the top of your hitch receiver to the bottom of the rear door and your measurement is less than 4-1/2" the door has enough clearance to open with the bike rack in the hitch.
