For your Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain Tow Bar # RM-576 on your 2002 Honda CR-V, I recommend the Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # 1541-1 if you don't have the factory brush guard or the # 1541-3 if you do have the factory brush guard.
For your wiring, I recommend the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154 along with 6 way connector # A10-6034VP to create a system similar to the # RM-15267 but utilizes the wiring in your tow bar instead of the coiled wire.
For your braking system I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251. This is an extremely reliable system that needs adjustment only at installation. Then it becomes a plug and play system.
The final thing you will need is a high-low adapter. I've attached an article to help you with the proper fit and linked a page to your options for your convenience. Let me know if you have any questions.
