The Curt Class III Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13322 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 and will fit with the spare tire as long as it is the stock/factory size. If you have changed out the original spare tire with a larger size, it's possible that it will not fit with the hitch installed. I confirmed this with my contact at Curt. The stock spare tire will need to be removed temporarily during installation but can then be reinstalled once the hitch is mounted.

This Class III hitch will provide you with a 2 inch receiver opening and a 6,000 pound towing weight capacity. I have attached an installation video on the 2011 Silverado and the complete installation instructions that you can use for reference.
