The brake control adapter plug is located in the electrical junction box on the driver side, left of the brake pedal. Once you have the lid off of the junction box you will plug the Tekonsha Wire Replacement, part # 3025-P, in the second slot from the left on the top row.
I attached a link to an FAQ article on installing a brake controller on 1999-2006 Chevy trucks for you to check out. In the FAQ you will find pictures of where the junction box is and which port to plug the # 3025-P into.
