Installing a 7-Way Connector on a 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500

I have a green, red, brown, yellow, white, and than a black and white wire together not sure where they go

You should just have a US Connector that you can plug the Hopkins # HM40975 into at the rear of your 2004 Chevrolet Silverado, but if you require a hardwiring option you can use part # HM48470 instead.
Since companies can change the color wire whenever they want to it is best to just use a Circuit Tester # PTW2992 and test each wire for its function. You can then wire the 7-Way to match the attached picture as this is the typical way a 7-Way is installed.
I have attached a video of the hardwiring option being installed on a vehicle so you can get an idea of how it will install on your Chevy.
