If you are wanting to install a wiring harness with a 4-Way flat connector on your 2003 Dodge Ram Pickup without a trailer connector then I recommend installing the # C59496 which will hard-wire into your tail light housing and pull power from the Black wire that will be run to the battery on your Ram. This, along with the ModuLite, will protect the wiring on your Ram in case the wiring on your trailer malfunctions.
To install it you will want to use the included circuit tester to test the different wires that you found for their functions and then attach the following wire colors to the following functions:
Green - Right Turn
Yellow - Left Turn
Red - Brake
Brown - Tail Lights
White - Ground
Since your Ram has separate wiring (brake and turn signals are on separate wires), this will convert it to a combined lighting system that is compatible with standard trailer 4-Way flat wiring.
You will also need a Mounting Bracket # 18144 and for a No-Drill mounting option you can use part # C57202 as well. A sample installation video has been linked for you to reference.
