If the trailer wasn't used very often once a year would be adequate for greasing the Dexter Heavy Duty Suspension Upgrade Kit # K71-358-00. Beyond that it really depends on the how often it's used.
For most people twice a year would be adequate. But if the trailer is out every day probably once a month would be smart.
