I am unable to find numbers to match up with the information you gave. We carry many Axletek 5 stud hubs, but I can't confirm which one you have. The best way for you to get the proper bearings is to pull your hub and look at each bearing for the number on the face of the inner and outer bearing.
If you can't find that number, then if you measure the spindle using a digital caliper like # PTW80157. You will measure at the locations where the bearings sit and also at the seal location. I've attached a photo to assist.
