Options for Carrying a Bike Rack and Canoe With 2016 Ford F-150
Question:
I’m trying to figure out how to get a front hitch on my 2016 F150 to be able to support a canoe t bar for the roof and a bike rack at the same time. Any solutions? Thanks in advance!

There are potentially ways you can carry your bikes and canoe, though not at the same time on a front-mounted hitch. An adapter would cut the tongue weight of the hitch in half, and the weight of the extender, rack, canoe, and bikes would be restricting.
If you wanted to use a front mounted hitch such as the Draw-Tite # 65067, you would potentially be able to carry your canoe with a T-bar such as the Erickson Big Bed Junior Load Extender # EM07605 alone, though I would not recommend using any accessory that could impair your ability to view your surroundings outside your Ford F-150; you'd also need to ensure that doing so would not be in violation of any traffic laws in your area.
I assume you are using a fifth wheel, which is why you want to use a hitch, though I recommend taking the fifth wheel out, if possible, and using a receiver hitch, Curt # C86HR with the load extender and your kayak. You could then carry your bikes with the SeaSucker Mini Bomber Roof 2 Bike Rack - Fork Mount # 298-BM2006 so long as you have at least 27 inches of roof space available.
I've attached links to some review videos on these products for you to take a look at.
