The Pro Series Round A-Frame Jack # PSRV20000103 referenced in your question has an outer tube diameter of 2-1/4 inches. The inner tube has a diameter of 2 inches. This A-frame jack features a 9 inch retracted height and measures 13 inches from the mounting bracket to the top. It has a lift capacity of 2,000 pounds with a total lift of 14 inches.
You can add a footplate with the Pro Series # PS1400700340 or a Caster Wheel with # PS1400750340.
