The Pro Series 16K 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch is a very basic 5th wheel hitch that was discontinued. Most of the time chucking comes from a loose fit around the kingpin and unfortunately the only way to improve that is to get a hitch with better king pin contact as there isn't an adjustment you can make for this on your current 5th wheel hitch.
If you want to replace your hitch, I recommend the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs # RP30047 or the 22K # RP30033. The dual serrated jaws secure contact all the way around the king pin to minimize jarring and chucking.
