Recommended Electric Brake Assemblies Compatible with Dexter Utility Hubs

I would like to upgrade this old brakes Does the number on the drum tell you anything? What Electric brakes can I use?

Based on the hub picture, you have what they refer to as Utility hubs and will need the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 7K # 23-464-465. These brake assemblies will allow you to adjust only at install and then they will automatically adjust as the brake shoes wear down to continue to give you accurate braking on your trailer.
