Question:
Hi. Plugged my 2013 grand caravan into a trailer system that was wired incorrectly. It shorted something. Ive checked all the fuses under hood. Nothing. Any ideas????

I am assuming that you also checked the fuse for the trailer wiring harness (if it is one that requires power from the battery). If not be sure to check that one on your 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan.
If the power wire fuse is still good, then what likely happened is the short was bad enough to blow the converter box. That means it did exactly what it was supposed to do; it took the hit to protect the vehicle. A noble death indeed.
To test the converter, you can use a circuit tester such as # PTW2992 or a meter if you have one. Have someone sit in the van to operate the lights while you test the 4-Way end of the wiring harness. If there is no power on some or any of the circuits, then the converter is bad and the whole wiring harness will need to be replaced with a new one such as # C56331.
The good news is that if the power wire and fuse are still good you can reuse them for the new install.
