Starting with the trailer wiring harness, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118578 for your 2015 Toyota RAV4 AWD Limited. This harness is custom-fit for your vehicle and will install by connecting directly to existing ports located behind the trim panels in the cargo area on the driver and passenger side.
I have attached an installation video on your 2015 RAV4 that you can use for reference.
Then for the ball mount, the closest option we have available to the dimensions you mentioned in your question is the Draw-Tite Drawbar # 36078. This ball mount has a 4-3/4 inch drop but measures only 7-1/2 inches long from the center of the hitch pin hole. We do have longer ball mounts available, such as the Curt Class I Drawbar # C45026 that measures 9-3/8 inches in length, however this unit features a drop of 3-1/4 inches.
I have attached a couple video demonstrations on these products that you can check out along with a link that will take you to our available selection of ball mounts compatible with 1-1/4 inch receivers.
