I recommend using the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13272 for your 2017 Lexus RX 350 F Sport AWD. This is a Class III hitch receiver with a 2 inch receiver opening which will let you carry a wide variety of accessories. An installation video of this hitch receiver on a similar Lexus RX 350 has been attached for you to reference.
If you will be using this hitch receiver for towing then you will also need a ball mount, hitch ball, and a vehicle wiring harness.
A popular option for a ball mount and hitch ball is the Curt Class III Ball Mount with 2" Ball # C45036. This includes a hitch ball with a 2 inch diameter, a shank with a 2 inch drop, and a hitch pin and clip. You will want to check out the attached helpful article on choosing a ball mount to make sure that this is the correct option for your setup.
For a vehicle wiring harness I recommend the Tekonsha ZCI # 119250KIT which will give you a 4-Way flat connector at the rear of your RX 350 to activate the lights on your trailer.
