The Thule Passage 2 trunk-mount bike rack # TH910XT is a confirmed fit on the 2017 Honda Accord 4-door sedan and also the 2-door coupe. The Passage 2 allows for two bikes of up to 35-lbs each to be transported and installation is simplified through Thule's patented FitDial adjustment system.
As long as the bikes have a top frame tube they will fit perfectly on the rack, but if not all you need is an adapter bar # UB01 which connects between the seat and handlebar posts to provide a substitute mounting point to join with the rack arms.
You may care to add a cable lock # e98891 to secure the bikes to the rack.
