Your 2017 Kia Sorento has a towing capacity of 2,000 to 5,000 lbs depending on what motor and transmission you have. I recommend checking your owner's manual to make sure you are within the manufacturer's specifications.
For a trailer hitch, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75908. This will give you a 2 inch opening that will allow you to use the Malone 2" Dual Purpose Hitch Receiver # MPG544. This will allow you to tow your pop-up trailer as well as carry the 4 bikes but using an adapter like this will reduce the hitch receiver's tongue weight capacity by 50%. If you don't want to lose that tongue weight capacity you can use ball mount # D210.
If you don't already have the 4-bike rack, I recommend the Thule Apex XT 4 Bike Rack # TH9025XT. This will allow you to carry 4 bikes safely with anti sway cradles and it has the integrated cable lock to secure your bikes and has the integrated hitch lock with anti-rattle. I also recommend the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's, Children's, and Alternative Frame Bikes # 64005 to give you a level transport.
