Does this fit the Snap and Zap mirror extensions for the 2008 Toyota Tundra? The model number doesnt match, but it appears quite similar. Thanks!

I do have the correct replacement glass for your towing mirror extensions but the Replacement Glass for K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirror part # KS80802GLH are designed to work with the driver' side towing mirror on the K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors part # KS80800. These towing mirrors are not confirmed to fit your 2008 Toyota Tundra.
Instead, it is likely that you have the K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors part # KS81300 which are a confirmed to fit your truck. To replace the glass on these mirrors you will want to use part # KS81301GRH for the passenger's side mirror and part # KS81302GLH for the driver's side mirror.
