Trouble Installing the Longview Custom Towing Mirrors Part # LVT-1700 2008 Chevy Express Van
Question:
I have just received my LVT-1700 mirrors and I think that I dont have the right hook system for them. I had to cut the little spacer from the screw pin and even if I done that, the pin still bent and dont fit correctly. Can you do something ? Thanks!

I have not heard of anyone experiencing this issue yet. The Longview Custom Towing Mirrors part # LVT-1700 are confirmed to fit a Chevrolet Express Van from 2003 to current. The only problem I can see causing this would be if your factory side mirrors has features that are not flush to the mirror such as turn signal indicators or dimmer lights. If you do have any of these features that are not flush to the mirror then they will not work for you.
If you can send me a picture of your factory side mirror and the trouble you are having while installing them I would be able to provide additional assistance.
