Is there any way to make the lock out work worth a 4 PIN vs 7 pin wiring?

What you need is a 4 to 5-way adapter # 20036. This plugs into your 4-way and allows you to run a circuit to the reverse light circuit of your vehicle. This will give you the ability to activate your reverse lock out solenoid.
