Bow Shackle with Screw Pin Dimensions for # GS04

Question:

Four Screw Pin related questions: 1 What is the dimension of the hole on the end of the pin? Im trying to determine how big of a padlock shackle will fit through the hole. 2 What is the diameter of the pin 5/16inch also? Im looking to use the pin only for an alternate application and need to know the size hole I will need to drill. 3 What is the overall length of the pin? 4 What is the length of the threaded shank? I went out into the warehouse and took some measurements of the Bow Shackle with Screw Pin - Galvanized Steel - 5/16" Diameter - 1,000 lbs # GS04 for you. I've attached a picture with all the measurements you requested and a few extras to help since it is such a custom application. The measurements were taken with a digital caliper # PTW80157 for precision. The diameter of the pin is 0.25 inches and at the lip is 0.44 inches. The pin is 1.15 inches long and the threads run 0.35 inches of that length. The hole at the end is 0.17 inch diameter.
