Hi, Im looking at purchasing a Timbren Axle-less suspension system for an off-road tear trailer. My question is, are these all the parts I need to install the brakes and hubs, wiring aside, to the spindles? P/Ns: ASR1THDS03, AKEBRK-35-SA , and AKHD-545-35-EZ-K . FYI, Im planning on using a Prodigy P2 controller in my 2014 Subaru Outback. Any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

Yes, it looks like you've made a great choice. The Timbren Axle-less Suspension # ASR1THDS03, will be ideal for an off-road teardrop trailer. This system is rated at 2200 lb. and will make off-roading much more comfortable as the rebound springs will minimize rattle and bottoming out. The hubs you selected, # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K and the brake assemblies, # AKEBRK-35-SA are a good match.

The Timbren Axle-Less suspension system may require additional support on your trailer. If your trailer does not have a cross member above the spot where you want to install the Timbren system, you may need to reinforce the frame (see photo). I've attached a video that shows how to do this with standard 2" steel tubing.

The hubs will work with 13-17.5" wheels with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. I love the look of these 15" Black Mod Wheels, # AM32238B or these 13" Steel Mod Wheels, # TA73RR. I'd also recommend picking up some wheel bearing grease like # L11465 for your EZ Lube Hubs.

While we don't carry that exact part number we do have a replacement hub/drum that would work just as well with the part #AKHD-655-6-EZ-K. This is a 6k hub/drum that fits the spindles of the Timbren Axle Less Kit part #ASR1THDS03.

The correct hub/drums for the Timbren Axle Less kit part #ASR35HDS02 to provide a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern would be the part #AKHD-655-6-EZ-K and then for brake assemblies you'd want the part #AKEBRK-7-SA and you'd be set.
