What Type of Frame Clearance will Timbren Silent Ride TSR7000T05 Have

Question:

I built a toyhauler. Started with a trailer that has two above the spring 5200# 3inch dia. Truryde axles. Actual trailer loaded axles weight as per CAT Scale is 7760#s. When loaded for travel, trailer perfectly level, I have less than 3/4inch between the frame and axles. Not good! Looking at either Item # K71-385-00 but I really dont want to raise it 4 or # TSR7000T05 but I have some questions. Where does this crossmemberinch go in the installation of # TSR7000T05? Is it actually an additional crossmember that is added between the existing frame rails? What is the minimum frame size? I am assuming this kit is really rated for 14000 #s two 7000 # axles. Is that correct? Can you give me an estimate of what kind of frame to axle clearance I will end up with with about 4000 #s on each axle using the TSR7000T05? Any other ideas would be welcome also.

On the inboard side of the Timbren Silent Ride Suspension # TSR7000T05 there are two flanges that have two slotted bolt holes on them. That is where the crossmember attaches.

Each axle would be rated for 7k so with this you would have 14k of axle capacity.

The frame to axle distance will be right at 6-3/8 inches. I think this would be an ideal setup for you that would work well and give you plenty of clearance.
