If your Honda Fit has a 4-Way connector and your motorcycle camper has a 7-Way, you will just need to use the Hopkins Adapter # 37185. This will plug into the 4-Way on your Honda Fit to provide a 7-Way to connect with your camper. If the camper does not have brakes, this will be all that you need. You can simply tie off the remaining wires on the adapter as they will not be needed.
If the camper does have brakes, you will instead need to install the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7. This kit includes everything needed to install a fully functional 7-Way connector from the existing 4-Way and a brake controller like the excellent Prodigy P2 # 90885. I have included an article that details the installation steps for the Wiring Kit that you might find helpful.
If your Honda Fit actually has a 7-Way and the camper has a 4-Way, you will just need the Pollak Adapter # PK12716. This is a great product that will easily convert the vehicle 7-Way to the needed 4-Way Flat connector.
I have attached video demonstrations on these products along with installation details for you to check out.
