We do have a large selection of hitch locks available for your trailer hitch receiver. The available hitch locks that can be keyed alike and have a usable span of at least 2-5/8 inches are going to also have a pin diameter of 5/8 inches, such as # e98880.
We do have hitch locks with a 1/2 inch diameter, such as # e98879, however these will also have a smaller usable span, as they are typically intended for 1-1/4 inch hitch receivers. The usable span on this unit is 2-1/8 inches.
Both of these hitch locks can be keyed alike. For an option that meets the dimension requirements in your question, we do have the Tow Ready Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # 5200. This has a pin diameter of 1/2 inch and an inside width of 3-1/8 inches. The only issue is that this particular lock cannot be keyed alike with additional units.
I have attached short video demonstrations on the products mentioned, along with a link that will take you to our available hitch locks that you can look through.
