Does Installing EcoHitch in 2018 Subaru Outback Affect Back Up Sensors
Question:
We have a new 2018 Subaru Ltd with eyesight and like the EcoHitch but are concerned about the backup sensors in the bumper fascia and their stability without the foam in the bumper. Have you installed this hitch on a Subaru with these sensors and what other install problem do they create? Thanks Other wise we will go with the Draw-Tite if you think that is a better option.

I attached a picture of the Ecohitch part # 306-X7601 installed by us and you can see the back up sensor on the far end of the bumper. It wasn't a problem for us at all. Removing the foam wasn't an issue either.
For the money though I would go with the Draw Tite part # 75673.
