We do have the parts you need to install a 7-way trailer connector on your 2004 Toyota Sienna but there isn't a direct plug in wiring harness available.
What you need is to convert a 4-way connector to a 7-way. If your van already has a 4-way at the rear then use our # ETBC7 kit to make the conversion. The kit includes a 7-way that connects to your existing 4-way and all the wiring for the other functions. I've linked a video of the install on a 2005 Sienna for you.
If your Sienna doesn't already have a 4-way use # 118304. Then it can be converted using the same # ETBC7 kit. I've linked a video of the 4-way harness being installed as well.
I'm guessing you want a 7-way connector because you have a trailer with brakes. You'll also need an electric brake controller. I recommend the Prodigy P3 # 90195 because of the easy to use LCD. It's also one of the leading controllers on the market. Once you install the # ETBC7 kit all of the wiring for the P3 will already be there for you.
I've also linked some articles you might find helpful.
