I have a solution for you, but the Hopkins Plug-N-Tow Wiring Harness, # 33525, will not fit the 2013 Nissan Frontier.
The Curt Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, # C56225, is confirmed to fit your 2013 Nissan Frontier truck. The wiring harness will include the needed relays that will activate the lighting functions on your Nissan Frontier.
I have attached a couple videos on this T-One harness for you to review. One is a general review of the harness and the other video is an installation video of this harness being installed in a Nissan Frontier.
