Question:

An old Mastercraft blog with a link to Etrailers had a recommendation for Kodiak disc brakes K2HR526E There is also a recommendation for a UFP 4" retro outer member for master craft trailer w/Reliable brakes Boat weight is 3050 lb empty Gas tank 45 gallons adds another 360 lbs We have arrived back at the lake and I was able to measure the trailer frame and it is 3 inches Thanks

I am sure we have a suitable replacement surge actuator for your trailer. But when I tried to look up your trailer on google every one of the pictures had the coupler cut off. If you could send me a picture of your coupler as well as the weight of your trailer when loaded I can give you our best recommendation.

Do you need brake assemblies as well? That's the part that fits behind the hub/drum.

Since your trailer frame is 3 inches wide we have surge disc couplers that will fit and work well. The most similar one we have would be the part # DM62VR which fits the 3 inch frame width and comes with an electric reverse lock out.
