Recommended Ball Mount and Trailer Ball for 1999 Chevy Tahoe
Question:
A 1999 Chevy Tahoe would have been equipped from the factory with a 2 inch receiver. I would recommend the # 2923 ballmount, which features a 2 inch drop. To determine the size trailer ball you would need, I would recommend calling your trailer rental place to determine what size couplers their trailers use. For a 2 inch ball, use part # 19247 or for a 1-7/8 inch ball, use part # 19260. If your Tahoe does not already have a 4-pole trailer connector, you will need part # C55319.
