A great place to start your flat towing preparation process is the linked article that covers each of the components required for safe and legal flat towing behind a motorhome RV. Additional articles on specific items are also included for you.
Starting with base plates for the Jeep Trailhawk, I suggest the Curt # C46JR which has removable arms. An install video is linked for you. The Alpha tow bar # BX7380 that you referenced is an excellent choice since it includes the required safety cables.
For a wiring/lighting kit you can go the easy and inexpensive route with magnetic lights like # TL21RK, you can install a diode kit like # RM-15267 or you can use a custom plug-and-play harness kit # HM56208. The linked article may help you decide which you prefer.
For a braking system I highly recommend the portable and wireless Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR. If you use magnetic lights you do not need the relay kit # RM-88400 but you do need it for all other lighting options. The Patriot II requires NO permanent mods to the towed vehicle and it easily transfers to your next toad when the time comes.
