Question:
Is this product plug and play or does the dealer need to scan or flash the product in to avoid problems?

Expert Reply:
The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Trailer Connector, # 118394, for the Jeep Grand Cherokee should not require the vehicle computer or the converter itself to be flashed or reset. This harness plugs in line with the vehicle tail lights so there is no cutting or splicing wires, so it is what can be considered as a plug and play harness. I have included a link to the installation details and a video showing a typical installation for you to view.
