Replacement Hardware for 5th Wheel Hitch Base Rails on a 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 Quad Cab.

Question:

I have a 2003 Dodge Ram quad cab long bed 2500. I am looking for a fifth wheel rail mounting kit for this specific truck. I have the rails and hitch.

We do offer a Reese Quick-Install Kit for your 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 Quad Cab with 8' Bed. You will want to measure to determine if you have the extended-length base rails (48" long) # RP30153, or the standard base rails (43" long), # RP58058.

If you have the extended-length base rails, you can use the, # RP56007 which includes the outboard brackets and hardware. Since the rail hardware is only designed for one-time use, you will also need to replace the rail hardware, # RP58504. These longer base rails allow for mounting farther out from the truck frame, which cuts down on the installation time and avoids the underbed components for easier access.

If you have the standard base rails (43" long), the custom bracket kit is # RP50140 and the rail kit hardware is # RP58430.
