Will the Pro Series slider hitch PS 30094 fit my truck? If so, what installation kit do you recommend? Thank you.

You'd have to install a set of universal rails like the part # HT31563-686 which is confirmed as a fit for your 2006 Toyota Tundra but once installed the Pro Series hitch part number 30094 would fit.
This rail kit is compatible with your vehicle and the hitch.
