Powered A-Frame Jack Recommendation for 1,000 lbs Tongue Weight
Question:
I am looking for an electric tongue jack for my work trailer. The tongue weight is nearly 1,000lbs when loaded. I would consider going with something a bit stronger than that to make sure it lasts and is tough. I really need one with as much Liftinch as possible. The few I looked at showed a 2.5inch lift, and I dont think that will be high enough. Do you have anything that goes higher?

I recommend the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 23" Lift - 5,000 lbs - Black
Item # JET-5000.
It has a lifting capacity of 5,000 lbs which would be more than you'd need but will ensure that the jack will operate quickly and last a long time.
The jack can lift a total of 23 inches of travel.
