How to Determine the Manufactured Date of a Trailer
Question:
My 10th # is a 2 and my 7th # is a 0. How do I determine 1900, 2000

If you look at the attached photo you can see that the 10th number is what you will want to go by for the year that the trailer was manufactured on a trailer VIN that has 17 digits. Since yours is a 2 it looks like your trailer was manufactured in 2002 (according to some online searches).
Although that can be somewhat helpful, the only way to truly know when the trailer was manufactured would be to see if there are any other tags or plates on the trailer that has a year on them. Otherwise you will need to call the manufacturer to see what that year might be.
