Will PAL8600 Work On The 2017 Honda Ridgeline?

Yes, the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock, part # PAL 8600, will work with your 2017 Honda Ridgeline. There is no drilling or welding necessary and the lock installs with basic tools. There is a Switch Kit sold separately for trucks without existing power locks, part # PAL9520.

I checked with the manufacturer, Pop & Lock and the manual lock you mentioned, # PAL6102, is custom designed to work with 2005 - 2014 Honda Ridglines, It will not work with your 2017 model. They do have a powered version available for the 2017 Honda Ridgeline, part # PAL8600, but have not yet released the manual version. My contact at Pop & Lock said that they are working on it and should release it in the next couple of months.

She also said that you can go to their website http://www.popandlock.net/ and click on the BEGIN button at the bottom of the homepage to leave feedback. If you supply your email address, they will notify you when the manual lock is released.
