Trailer Wheel and Tire with Size ST17580-13 on White Spoke Wheel
Question:
I need two ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 13inch White Spoke Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - LR C The trailer is new - 600 lbs, the bike is 950 lbs I put 3000 miles on the current tires and they are both worn in the center - a classic overinflation but they were never above 40 PSI So what do you recommend - I think C rated,

For what you are looking for the part # TA43RR would be perfect. It's a radial tire sized ST175/80R13 on a white spoke wheel with a bolt pattern of 5 on 4-1/2 inch.
The tire has an 81-mph speed rating as well.
Trailer tires do need to be inflated to their max psi at all times to ensure you get the full capacity as well as prevent heat buildup.
