The easiest way to get carry your bikes with your 2010 Toyota RAV4 and 2017 R-Pod setup would be to go with the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk Trailer-Mounted Bike Rack Carrier for A-Frame Trailers # CC-275 which fits A-fames that are 14"-55" wide. The Bike Bunk has a 2 inch hitch receiver and can hold up to 100 lbs.
The perfect bike rack for this setup is the Swagman Trailhead # S63381. This bike rack weighs 30 lbs and this will leave you 70 pounds remaining for bikes.
To help deter theft of your equipment you can use the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # 63232 to lock the Trailhead to the Bike Bunk and then the Cable Lock # e98891 to lock your bikes to the bike rack.
