For your 2006 Honda Odyssey the highest-capacity hitch we offer is the 2-inch Draw-Tite # 75270. This is the only suitable option for transporting a powered wheelchair. An installation video is linked for you.

This hitch has a tongue weight (TW) rating of 675-lbs. TW is downward force on the hitch, from either the weight of a hitched trailer or from the total weight load of a cargo or wheelchair carrier plus the weight of what is loaded on it. With this hitch installed on your Odyssey you could carry a wheelchair and a hitch-mounted chair carrier with a combined weight of up to this 675-lb limit. This will be enough capacity for the majority of combinations of chairs and carriers.

Do keep in mind (and confirm in your manual) that the more people and cargo that are in the car the less capacity it has for carrying other items. Everything counts.

We offer a number of ramped hitch carriers suitable for a power chair. You can see all on the linked page. A popular option is the Flint Hill Goods # FHG77ZR which has a 48-inch-long ramp. Since this carrier weighs about 80-lbs you will still have about 595-lbs of carrying capacity for the power chair. The carrier interior dimensions are 48" long x 28" wide x 5" deep. You can refer to the video on this carrier to see more.
