Usually it is far more cost effective to install an aftermarket hitch than to have a hitch installed by the dealer. You can see the pricing for the 1-1/4-inch Class II and 2-inch Class III hitches made for the 2017 Honda CR-V AWD on the linked page.

I recommend selecting a 2-inch hitch since it will offer more capacity and better compatibility with available hitch-mounted accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers. The incremental cost is usually quite small so go for a 2-inch such as # 76128 that you referenced.

Many of our customers do the hitch installation themselves since the hitches we offer include all the hardware needed and come with detailed instructions. We even have a video showing Draw-Tite # 76128 being installed on a 2017 CR-V. You can review the linked video and instructions to help you decide if you feel like tackling this install yourself. An experienced installer should be able to do the job in about half an hour but for a first timer figure on an hour.
