You are on the right track. As you will be adding a significant amount of weight to the bed of your 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, I recommend using a set of rear suspension enhancements. As you mentioned, heavy duty bump stops (Timbren), leaf spring stabilizers (Torklift), and airbags (Firestone/Air Lift) are all excellent options to support the added weight on the vehicle's rear suspension. However, each of these options have a few differences and added benefits.

A good option to help support and level the added weight to your vehicle would be to use the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TGMRCK15S. The Timbren springs will work to both level and reduce the wear and tear on your current suspension components.

The best option would be to install a set of airbags such as the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2430 as the airbags will not only support the added weight of the camper but will also allow you to increase the ride comfort of your vehicle, both with and without a bearing load. They are also adjustable meaning you will be able to adjust the ride height level in addition to comfort control.

I have attached a review and installation video on each of these products for you.
