For the sake of ing a tight fitting and secure lock for the latch pin hole, what are the pin span and diameter? Thanks!

For the Fulton Fast-Lok Coupler # F346000301 you referenced you would want the Master Lock Trigger Style Coupler Lock # 605DAT. Check out the picture I attached that shows it locking tightly to the trigger of a coupler.
The pin diameter is 1/4 inch and is 11/16 inches long.
