Your 2005 Ford E-350 van uses Tekonsha brake controller wiring harness # 3035-P. But what puzzles me is in your picture the more square connector only has 4 holes whereas all of the aftermarket pigtails have a 6-pin connector (in which only 4 circuits are used: blue brake output, red brake switch input, black 12 volt power, and white ground). I have linked a video showing how and where it installs.
If you have something other than a Draw-Tite, Reese, or Tekonsha brake controller let me know what it is and I can make an alternate wiring harness recommendation. I have also included a link to an article that should also help.
