The Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller # 90885 referenced in your question includes a pigtail harness that can be wired into your vehicle. Whether or not a plug-and-play adapter can be used or if additional wiring will be needed will depend on the specific model of your Silverado.
If your 2007 Chevy Silverado is the "New Body" design and has a factory 7-Way connector at the rear of the truck, the necessary wires are already run to the dash. You will just need to connect the included pigtail harness to the wiring under the vehicle dash.
If you instead have the 2007 Silverado Classic with a factory 7-Way, you can use the Plug-In Adapter # 3015-P. This adapter will simply plug into the controller itself on one end and directly to the factory port behind the dash on the other end.
If your Silverado does not have the factory 7-Way, for both the "New Body" and "Classic" design, you will just need to add the Pollak 7-Pole Trailer Connector # PK11898 to complete the wiring. In some models of this truck, there is a round plug with a cap instead of a bundle of wires above the tire. If this is the case with your Silverado, you will use part # 30955 instead.
I have attached the installation details for you to check out.
