For your 2000 Holiday Rambler Admiral, I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 brake controller. To install this, you can use the wiring harness # 3035-P. For most applications, the factory plug is located beneath the dash, near the center console. You may also need the Ford Replacement OEM Tow Package Wiring Harness, 7-Way (Super Duty) # 118243.
If you don't have the ability to add a simple harness in your coach, you can use the circuit tester # PTW2993 to check for function. You will need a 12V constant power, the cold side of your brake light switch found near the brake pedal, a clean ground to your coach, and then the brake output from your controller to the rear of your coach. If you need to hardwire your controller, you can use the # ETBC7 for the complete system or the # 5506 if you already have the 7-Way.
I've attached a diagram to assist.
