Are these rollers durable enough for dry loading and unloading an airboat ?

Provided that your airboat is within the capacity of the Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Deluxe Roller Bunk - 5' Long Sections - 12 Sets of 3 Rollers Item # DL21741 then they will hold up quite well. The capacity per set is 3,000 pounds.
The rollers themselves are made of a non-marking 2-compound material. It has a soft outer layer but the core is hard for strength. I have included a link to a video review of this product.
